We are so excited to announce 2015 Blissful Baby Workshop dates in Kansas City. Janean and I met in 2007 working together as educators. We both began our photography journeys in 2010 and after years of perfecting the art of newborn posing, we finally decided to bring you an amazing workshop! Janean and I have spent several months collaborating with one another, thoroughly planning out every detail of the Blissful Baby Workshop!
Our goal is to teach you the fundamentals of newborn photography, as well as, running a successful business. Our two-day workshop will cover studio lighting, newborn posing & safety, parent & sibling posing, post processing, pricing and marketing your business. We will show you how to perfect your poses and how to communicate with parents. You will also learn ways to calm and soothe the baby during a session. Each day, we will have 2 newborn models.
This workshop is perfect for photographers wanting to provide their clients with a comforting experience and beautiful newborn images to take home. You will be able to use photos from the workshop to display in your portfolio! We also have several wonderful vendors that have graciously offered to donate props to our fantastic goodie bags! Vendors for our first workshop include Goodnight Mouse Baby Knits, Goodnightmoon Props, Lily Mily Boutique, Le Petite Couture Designs, Little Ewe, and Inspired by Adele.
