Alexis is a friend of mine and she booked her newborn session with us. We are patiently waiting on the arrival of her sweet baby.  Alexis & Tim (daddy) did not find out the sex of the baby so will it be team blue or team pink?  We shall see soon!   I am so grateful to have friend that you can call the day before she’s needed and be like “Yo… Can you come to my studio and model a dress for me?” Of course we played around with more than the dress and I am so glad we did. Hello everyone! It’s been pretty quiet on the blog lately. Sorry about that, Covid-19 has really been throwing a wrench in things if you haven’t noticed… But, if I am being REAL honest, I don’t blog as much as I should. BUT WHEN I DO… It’s because I had a session that steals my heart.

This adorable couple patiently waited for me to capture their pregnancy. We had originally scheduled the maternity photos for indoors, but with Covid, I’m limiting the studio sessions to newborns only. These sweet parents gladly agreed to move their session outside and I’m very glad it worked out like this because just look at these images! It was a beautiful session and it’s very clear that mom and dad are deeply in love and excited to be parents. Momma to be really wanted a twirl photo with the proud dad! It only took 20 tries, but the outtakes are so adorable and special that I wanted to share lots of them! THIS is what I aim for… Capturing these precious moments and emotions is what makes me love my job.
